01Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, submitting a release, purchasing a service, accepting a distribution offer, or otherwise using TuneFlow Pro , you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform or submit content for distribution.
02Eligibility & Authority
You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. If you are acting for a record label, company, artist, rights holder or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that party.
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment information.
- You must not impersonate another person, artist, label, rights holder or company.
- Minors may use the service only where legally permitted and with the required consent or supervision.
03Account, Security & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify TuneFlow Pro promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate suspected abuse, comply with a platform request, or meet a legal or contractual obligation.
04Ownership, Rights & Distribution License
You retain ownership of the intellectual property you lawfully control. To provide the requested services, you grant TuneFlow Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license during the applicable service period to reproduce, encode, transmit, deliver, monetize, communicate, display and otherwise process your submitted content as reasonably required for digital distribution and related rights-management services.
You represent and warrant that you have secured all permissions, licenses, consents and approvals necessary for the content and for the rights granted under these Terms.
05Content Standards & Prohibited Material
You must submit accurate, complete and platform-compliant content. The following may be rejected, restricted or removed:
- Content for which you do not control the required rights or permissions.
- Unauthorized samples, interpolations, remixes, covers, translations or adaptations.
- Fraudulent, misleading or manipulated metadata, including misleading artist names or credits.
- Artificial streaming, bot activity, stream manipulation, playlist manipulation or incentivized fraudulent engagement.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other third-party rights.
- Content that violates applicable law or a DSP, social platform or monetization partner policy.
- Artwork, metadata or promotional material designed to impersonate another artist, label or brand.
- Malware, malicious files or material intended to compromise another system or account.
Platform-specific formatting, audio, artwork, metadata and delivery requirements may apply and can change without notice.
06Distribution, Platform Delivery & Availability
TuneFlow Pro may deliver approved content to supported digital service providers, social platforms, video platforms and other monetization destinations available under your plan or agreement.
Delivery is subject to content review, metadata validation, technical processing, third-party acceptance and platform ingestion. We do not guarantee acceptance, placement, editorial consideration, playlist inclusion, search ranking, streams, followers, revenue or a specific release date controlled by a third party.
Metadata
You are responsible for accurate artist, songwriter, contributor, label, copyright, territory and release information.
Third-Party Platforms
DSPs and platforms may independently reject, restrict, modify or remove content under their own rules.
07Revenue, Royalties, Statements & Payouts
Where royalty collection is part of your plan or agreement, amounts are based on revenue actually reported and cleared by applicable platforms, partners and reporting sources, less any applicable deductions, fees, taxes, reserves, adjustments or revenue shares stated in your commercial agreement.
Statements and earnings may be subject to reporting delays, corrections, refunds, chargebacks, platform adjustments or late reports. A displayed balance should not be treated as final until it has been processed and cleared under the applicable payout rules.
- Payout eligibility and minimum thresholds may vary by plan or agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your bank, tax and payout information accurate.
- Applicable taxes and statutory obligations remain the responsibility of the recipient unless the law requires otherwise.
- Where fraud, infringement or a material dispute is reasonably suspected, funds may be held or adjusted while the matter is reviewed.
08Artificial Streaming, Fraud & Rights Claims
Artificial streaming and other fraudulent activity can result in platform penalties, withheld revenue, removal of releases and account restrictions. If a platform, rights owner or other credible source reports suspicious activity, TuneFlow Pro may investigate and take proportionate protective action.
Where a copyright or ownership dispute is raised, you may be required to provide licenses, contracts, split sheets, authorization letters, invoices, registrations or other supporting evidence.
09Takedowns, Corrections & Release Changes
You may request a takedown or correction through the available dashboard or support process. Requests may require verification and processing time because third-party platforms control the final removal or update process.
We may also suspend, restrict or remove content where required by a platform, rights owner, law-enforcement request, court order, copyright process, policy violation or credible infringement report.
10Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the service subject to any active subscription, commercial agreement, outstanding obligations or distribution commitments. TuneFlow Pro may suspend or terminate an account where there is a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, infringement, abuse, security risk, non-payment or a legal or platform requirement.
Termination does not automatically erase obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, representations, indemnity, dispute provisions and rights relating to previously delivered content or historical statements.
11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and the specific commercial agreement governing your account. Third-party services can experience outages, policy changes, delays, technical failures or content decisions outside TuneFlow Pro 's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuneFlow Pro will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from third-party platform decisions, lost opportunities, expected revenue, ranking, playlist placement or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TuneFlow Pro and its relevant personnel, contractors and service partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your submitted content, your failure to obtain required rights, or your unlawful or fraudulent use of the service, subject to applicable law.
13Privacy & Data Processing
We may process account, catalog, payment, usage, technical and support information as necessary to operate the platform, provide requested services, maintain security, process payments, generate reports and meet legal obligations. Personal information should be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
You must not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information belonging to third parties into catalog or support fields.
14Third-Party Services
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Meta, JioSaavn, Gaana and other services are independent third parties. Their names, trademarks and platform rules remain their respective property. Access to a destination does not create a partnership, endorsement or guarantee of acceptance unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, technology, law, platform requirements or business operations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective or update date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16Governing Law & Disputes
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, disputes will be handled under the laws and jurisdiction applicable to the contracting entity operating the service, subject to mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived.
